تیل------------------------------ 1/2کپ
پیاز------------------------------ 2چھوٹی
دارچینی پاﺅڈر-------------------- 1ٹکڑا
پسی لونگ------------------------ 2عدد
پسی چھوٹی الائچی---------------- 2عدد
پسی بڑی الائچی------------------ 2عدد
ہری مرچ------------------------- 2-4عدد
ہرا دھنیا-------------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
ادرک---------------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
کوئلہ---------------------------- 1ٹکڑا

ترکیب:

مٹن میں لہسن ،ادرک،پپیتا، نمک، لال مرچ،ہری مرچ اور دہی لگا کر چھوڑ دیں۔
تیل گرم کرکے پیاز فرائی کرلیں۔پھر اس میںزیرہ،دار چینی پاﺅڈر،پسی لونگ،چھوٹی الائچی پاﺅڈر اور بڑی الائچی پاﺅڈر ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔
اب مٹن کی مصالحہ لگی بوٹیاںشامل کرکے پکائیں۔
جب بوٹیاں گل جائیں تو کوئلے کا دھواں دیں۔
آخر میں ہری مرچ، ہرا دھنیا اور ادرک ڈالیں۔
سلاد اور رائتہ کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
