لونگ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
دار چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو ٹکڑے
زعفران ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چٹکی
بھنے اور کٹے بادام ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ

ترکیب:

پہلے سفید ڈبل روٹی کے آٹھ عدد سلائس کو دو انچ کے چوکو ر ٹکڑے میں کاٹ لیں ۔ایک کپ تیل گرم کریں اورچوکور کٹی ڈبل روٹی گولڈن براون اور خستہ فرائی کرکے پیپر لگی پلیٹ میں نکالیں ۔ایک سوس پین میں دو کپ دودھ اور ایک کپ پسی چینی ڈا ل کر ابالیں اور پھر آنچ ہلکی کر کے دو عدد الائیچی ، دو عدد لونگ، دو ٹکڑے دار چینی اور ایک چٹکی زعفران شامل کر کے 15 منٹ پکنے دیں ۔پھر تیار آمیزے میں سے تمام مصالحے نکال کر بقیہ آمیزہ ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں ۔فرائی ڈبل روٹی کے ٹکڑے ایک فلیٹ سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر تیار آمیزہ اوپر سے ڈالیں اور دو سے تین گھنٹے فریج میں ٹھنڈا کریں اور آدھا کپ بھنے اور کٹے بادام ڈال کر سرو کریں ۔
