دہی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پاؤ
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
بادیان کے پھول۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4عدد
جاوتری جائفل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1چائے کے چمچے
پسا گرم مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچہ
آلو بخارا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 50گرام

ترکیب:

1/2کپ تیل گرم کرکے اس میں دو عدد پیاز فرائی کرکے نکال لیں۔اب اس میں دو عد دآلو فرائی کرکے نکال لیں۔
پھر چکن پر پیاز ، دہی ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ،پسی لال مرچ،نمک،ہلدی،بادیان کے پھول، جائفل،جاوتری، پسا گرم مصالحہ اور آلو بخارے لگا کر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔
اب اسی تیل میں چکن ڈال کر دس منٹ کے لئے ڈھکیں اور پھر آلو ڈال دیں۔
جب آلو اور چکن گل جائے تواس میں ان پر چار عدد ہری مرچیں اور ایک گٹھی پودینہ ڈال دیں۔
اس کے بعد 2/1کلو ابلے چاول،ایک چٹکی زردے کا رنگ،ایک چٹکی ہرا رنگ، ایک چائے کا چمچہ کیوڑا بھی شامل کردیں اور 15دم پر رکھ کر چولہا بند کردیں۔
آخر میں اسے ڈش میں نکال کر ایک کپ مکس ڈرائی فروٹ ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
