الائچی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 8عدد
پیلا فوڈ کلر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

سیب کا چھلکا اتار لیں۔ اب اسے کٹ کرلیں۔اگر پوراسیب مربے میں ڈالناہو تو سیب کے درمیان میں سے بیج والا حصہ نکال لیں اور تین کپ پانی میںایک کلو چینی ڈالیں ۔ پھر الائچی کوٹ کر اور لونگ ڈال کرپکنے دیں۔پھر اسکے بعد پیلا فوڈ کلر او سیب ڈال کرہلکی آنچ پر 20منٹ پکنے دیں جب سیب بالکل گل جائے تو اتار لیں۔ٹھنڈا کرکے پیش کریں۔
