گوشت---------- آدھا کلو
چاول--------- دو پیالی
نمک---------- حسبِ ذائقہ
ادرک لہسن------------ پسا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پیاز----------- دو عدد درمیانی
شملہ مرچ-------- ایک عدد
کالی مرچ------------- پسی ہوئی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سویا سوس-------- دو کھانے کے چمچ
سرکہ------------ دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
کوکنگ آئل------------ چارکھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

انڈر کٹ گوشت لے کراس کو باریک سلائسز میں کا ٹ لیں اور اسے ادرک لہسن ، نمک ، کالی مرچ، سرکہ اور سویا سوس سے میرینیٹ کرکے رکھ دیں۔
لال لوبیا کو دھو کر اس میں تین پیالی گرم پانی ڈالیں ، ایک گھنٹے ک لئے بھگو کر رکھنے کے بعد اسے درمیانی آنچ پر ابالنے رکھ دیں، ابال آنے پر آنچ ہلکی کرکے ڈھک دیں اور اتنی دیر پکائی پانی خشک ہوجائے اور لوبیا اچھی طرح گل جائے۔
چاولوں کو بیس منٹ بھگو کر رکھیں ، پھرنمک ملے پانی میں دس سے بارہ منٹ ابال کر پھینک دیں۔
بڑے فرائینگ پین میں کوکنگ اائل ڈال کر اس میں پہلے باریک کٹی ہوئی پیاز کو ہلکی سنہری فرائی کریں، پھر اس میں میرینیٹ کئے ہوئے گوشت کو فرائی کریں جب سنہرا ہونے لگے تو اس میں لوبیا ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ فرائی کریں۔
ابلے ہوئے چاول اور باریک کتی ہوئی شملہ مرچ ڈال کر ایک سے دو منٹ فرائی کرکے ڈیں، ہلکی آنچ پر پانچ سے سات منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔
خوبصورتی سے سجا کر ڈش میں نکالیں، اور اس مزیدار میکسیکن ڈش کا لطف اٹھائیں۔
