Sookhay doodh main baking powder, tail ilaichi powder, soji mix kar k anday ko phaint lain. Ab thora anda daal kar gondh lain aur balls bana lain. Ab doodh main ilaaichi cheeni daal kar itna pakain k 3 pao reh jaye. Ab ball daal kar pakain aur dhak dain. Takeh andar tak naram hojaye 15 minute main taiyar hojaye gi.

سوکھے دودھ میں بیکنگ پاؤڈر، تیل ، الائچی پاؤڈر، سوجی مکس کرکے انڈے کو پھینٹ لیں۔ اب تھوڑا انڈا ڈال کر گوندھ لیں۔ اور بالز بنا لیں۔اب دودھ میں الائچی چینی ڈال کر اتنا پکائیں کہ تین پاؤ رہ جائے۔اب بال ڈال کر پکائیں اور ڈھک دیں۔تاکہ اندر تک نرم ہوجائے15منٹ میں تیار ہوجائے گی۔
