ترکیب:

ایک پتیلی میں ایک لیٹر دودھ کو ابالیں اور اس میں ایک کپ چینی شامل کر لیں ۔ساتھ ہی ایک چائے کا چمچہ کسٹرڈ پاو¿ڈر گھول کر ڈال دیں ۔جب دودھ گاڑھا ہو جائے تو ایک چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ مکھن ڈال دیں ۔اب ایک پیکٹ ہری جیلی اور ایک پیکٹ لال جیلی کو پکا کر الگ الگ جما دیں ۔جب کسٹرڈ ٹھنڈا ہو جائے تو اس میں ایک ٹِن فروٹ کوکٹیل ڈال دیں۔پھر ڈش میں پہلے 100 گرام کیک رس بچھائیں اور کسٹر ڈ ڈال دیں ۔اس کے بعد ایک پاو¿ ربڑی اور جیلی کاٹ کر ڈال دیں۔آخر میں 50 گرام باریک کٹے بادام سے گارنش کریں ۔
