لہسن کا پیسٹ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
مصالحہ بنانے کے لئے:
پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
پسی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
زیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچے
کڑی پتے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چھ عدد
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

آدھا کلو چکن پر دو کھانے کے چمچے لیموں کا رس ،آدھا چائے کاچمچہ نمک اور ایک چائے کا چمچہ لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈا ل کر رکھ دیں ۔اب مصالحہ لگی چکن کو گرم تیل میں فرائی کر کے نکالیں اور باقی تیل میں ایک عدد پیا ز براون کرلیں ۔پھر اس میں ایک چائے کا چمچہ پسی لال مرچ ،دو چائے کے چمچے زیرہ ،چھ عدد کڑی پتے ،آدھا چائے کا چمچہ نمک ،آدھا چائے کاچمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ اور حسبِ ضرورت ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر ایک منٹ پکائیں ۔آخر میں فرائی کی ہوئی چکن ڈال کر مصالحے میں کوٹ کریں اور چولہا بند کردیں ۔
