پنجیری

اجزاء:
گھی دو کپ
گوند آدھا کپ
مکھانے آدھا کپ
سوجی ڈیڑھ کپ
چینی آدھا کپ
پستہ بادام تین کھانے کے چمچ
پسی الائچی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک کڑاہی میں ایک تہائی کپ گھی گرم کریں۔

اس میں گوند ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔

پھر گوند کو کڑاہی سے نکال کر اچھی طرح کوٹ لیں۔

اسی کڑاہی میں اب مکھانے ڈال کر فرائی کریں اور پھر اوون سے نکال کر الگ رکھ دیں۔

پھر بچے ہوئے گھی میں سوجی ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔

پھر چولہے سے ہٹا کر چینی، گوندھ، مکھانے، سلائس میں کٹے پستے بادام اور پسی الائچی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔ پنجیری تیار ہے۔

Banane ki tarkeeb


Aik karahi main 1-1/3 cup ghee gram krain.
Is main gond dal kr fry krain.
Phr gond ko karahi se nikal kr achi tarah koot lain.
Isi karahi main ab makhany dal kr fry krain aur phr oven se nikal kr alag rakh dain.
Phr bachy huy ghee main sooji dal kr achi tarah bhoon lain
Phr choolhy se hata kr cheeni , gond , makhany , slice main katy pisty , badam aur alaichi dal kar achi tarah mix kar lain.

mujhe panjiri khane ka boht shoq hai or jab khatam ho jati hai hamare ghar me kabhi mai ami ko bol ke dubara banwati hun. meri ami ko boht tasty panjiri banani ati hai is ke fawaid ke bare me bhi boht parha or suna hai

hamare han panjiri aati rehti hai lekin ladoo hote hain boht mazay ke hotay hain saal me 2 baar aati hai hamare ghar . hamare relative hain chiniot mei wo bhejte hain. dikhne me thori different hoti hai jesi ap ki picture hai us ke muqable me lekin taste boht mazydar hota hai.
