تیل--------- پکانے کے لئے
پسا دھنیا------------ حسبِ ضرورت
پسی لال مرچ------------ حسبِ ضرورت
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ---------- حسبِ ضرورت
ثابت گرم مصالحہ------------ 1کھانے کا چمچہ
شاہ زیرہ---------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
ادرک------------ 2/1کھانے کا چمچہ
مٹن----------- 850گرام
دہی--------- 250گرام
گھی----------- 3/1کپ
آلو------------ 4عدد
پیاز------------- 4عدد
انڈے--------- 6عدد
لونگ------------ 4-5عدد
کالی مرچ------------- تھوڑی سی

ترکیب:

گھی گرم کریں۔پھر اس میں پیاز تل لیں اور نکال لیں۔
اب اسی گھی میں پسا دھنیا، پسی لال مرچ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور ثابت گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر پکائیں۔
اسکے بعد آلو ڈالیں اور ساتھ میں گوشت شامل کرتے جائیں۔
جب گوشت گل جائے تو اس میں دہی اور تلی پیاز ڈالیں اور دم پر رکھیں۔
اوپر سے پسی جائفل ، جاوتری اور پسی الائچی شامل کرکے مزید کچھ دیر تک پکائیں۔
