پیاز (باریک کٹی ہوئی ) ۔۔۔۔دو عدد
لونگیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔چھ عدد
ٹماٹر ( چوپ کئے ہوئے ) ۔۔۔تین عدد
دار چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو ڈندیاں
ادرک (چوپ کی ہوئی ) ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچہ
لہسن(چوپ کیا ہو ا ) ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ہر ی مرچیں (باریک کٹی ہوئی ) ۔۔۔۔۔دس عدد
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسا ہواگرم مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ
ہرا دھنیا ، ٹماٹر (چوپ کیا ہوا ) ۔۔۔۔۔۔چھڑکنے کے لئے

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں مرغی کا گوشت ، لونگیں ، کالی مرچ ، دار چینی ، لال مرچ ، پیاز ، ادرک ، پانی اور نمک ڈالیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں ۔
اس میں گھی ، ٹماٹر اور ہر ی مرچیں ڈال کر بھُونیں ، پھر مرغی کا گوشت گلنے تک پکائیں ، اس میں دھنیا اور گرم مصالحہ ملا کر دم پر رکھ دیں ۔
