تیل---------------------------- فرائی کے لئے
نمک حسبِ ذوق
بریڈ سلائس-------------------- 2عدد
ساس کے لئے:
کریم-------------------------- 1/2کپ
کریم چیز--------------------- 1/2کپ
پانی-------------------------- حسبِ ضرورت
ہری مرچیں------------------ حسبِ ضرورت
پودینے کے پتے------------- حسب ِ ضرورت
شیر مال-------------------- سرونگ کے لئے

ترکیب:

چکن کا قیمہ، ڈبل روٹی کا سلائس، نمک،قصوری ، میتھی، الائچی پاﺅڈر اور جائفل جاوتری پاﺅ ڈر ملا کر پیس لیں۔
اب اس مکسچر کے کباب بنائیں اور فرائی کرلیں۔
ساس بنانے کے لئے:
کریم،چیز اور حسبِ ضرورت پانی ملا کر مکس کریں۔
ساتھ ہی ایک چٹکی جائفل جاوتری ڈالیں۔
پھر اس میں باریک کٹی ہری مرچ اور پودینہ شامل کرکے مکس کریں۔
اب فرائی کبا ب پر ڈالیں اور شیر مال کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
