ترکیب:

آلو بوائل کرکے میش کرنے کے بعد تین حصے کرلیں۔اب ایک حصے میں نمک، کالی مرچ،مایو،پیلا رنگ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں اور بال بنا لیں۔
اب دوسرا حصہ لے کر ہری چٹنی ڈالیں، ہرا رنگ،نمک،کالی مرچ ڈال کر مکس کرکے بال بنا لیں۔
تیسرے حصے میں کیچپ لال رنگ، نمک، کالی مرچ مکس کریں بال بنا کر انڈا لگا کر بریڈ کرمب لگا کر فرائی کرلیں۔
اور اسٹک پر لگا کر سرو کریں۔
