باریک کٹی ہری مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چھ عدد
باریک کٹی ادرک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کاچمچہ
کٹے کڑی پتے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 10-12عدد
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

250 گرام بھیگی ہوئی ماش کی دال کو چوپر میں گرینڈ کریں اور مکسچر کو چمچے کی مدد سے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔اب اس میں ایک عدد باریک کٹی پیاز ،ادرک اور دس سے بارہ عدد کٹے کڑی پتے ڈال کر مکس کریں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں ۔پھر فرائی کرنے سے ذار سا پہلے ایک چائے کا چمچہ نمک اور سوڈا ڈال دیں ۔اس کے بعد ڈیپ فرائی کریں یہاں تک کہ وہ گولڈن فرائی ہو جائیں ۔اب اسے چٹنی کے ساتھ سرو کریں ۔
