ماش کی دال اُبال لیں، چوپ کی ہوئی پیاز،4/1کپ تیل میں فرائی کریں۔ ساتھ ہی ٹماٹرہری مرچ ادرک ایک کھانے کا چمچہ چوپ کرکے فرائی کریںاور ہلدی ،نمک ، لال مرچ، زیرہ گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر بھون لیں پھر دال ڈال کر مزید بھونیئے۔ اب ایک کپ پانی ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ آخر میں پودینہ، ادرک،ہرا دھنیا ، مکھن ڈال کر پیش کیجئے۔
