میکرونی چکن سلاد ودھ لیمن ڈریسنگ

اجزاء:
میکرونی 200گرام
مرغی کا گوشت(بون لیس)200گرام
لیموں(رس نکال لیں) تین عدد
پیاز(کاٹ لیں) 100گرام
چلی سوس دو چائے کے چمچے
لہسن پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچے
زیتون 50گرام
گاجر(باریک کاٹ لیں) 50گرام
شملہ مرچ ایک عدد(باریک کاٹ لیں)
نمک حسب ذائقہ
سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر حسب ذائقہ
سویا سوس دو چائے کے چمچے
تیل چار کھانے کے چمچے
لیموں(سجانے کے لئے) ایک عدد

ترکیب:

فرائنگ پین میں تیل، لہسن پیسٹ، سویا سوس، چلی سوس، نمک اورمرغی کا گوشت ڈال کر اتنی دیر تک بھونیں کہ اس کا پانی خشک ہو جائے۔ 8کپ پانی میں حسب ذائقہ نمک اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ تیل ڈال کر ابالیں۔ اب ابلتے ہوئے پانی میں میکرونی ڈالیں اور 10منٹ تک مزید ابالیں۔ میکرونی میں سے پانی چھان کر ٹھنڈا پانی گزار دیں۔ اب ایک چمچہ تیل ملا دیں تاکہ یہ آپس میں چپکے نہیں۔
لیمن ڈریسنگ کے لئے:
لیموں کا رس، تیل اور نمک کو گرائنڈ کر یں ساتھ ہی سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر بھی مکس کر یں۔ اسی ڈریسنگ میں ابلا ہوا مرغی کا گوشت، میکرونی، گاجر، شملہ مرچ، زیتون اور پیاز ملا کر گارنش کر یں۔
