لہسن کا پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پارسلے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔4/1 گٹھی
بھنا ہوا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ میدہ 3۔4 کھانے کے چمچے
اوریگانو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائے کا چمچہ
روزمیری۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

پہلے پین میں تھوڑا سا تیل گرم کرکے ایک کھانے کا چمچہ لہسن کا پیسٹ اور 2/1 کلو جھینگو کو شیلو فرائی کرکے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ اب ایک کڑاہی میں 2/1 کلو دودھ ابالیں۔ جب دودھ ابلنے لگے تو 3۔4 کھانے کے چمچےبھنے میدے سے اسے گاڑھا کرلیں۔جب دودھ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اس میں 2/1 چائے کا چمچہ اوریگانو،2/1 چائے کا چمچہ روز میری، حسبِ ذائقہ نمک، ایک چائے کا چمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ، 2 عدد چیڈر چیز سلائس اور 2/1 پیکٹ ابلی ہوئی میکرونی شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
آخر میں شیلو فرائی جھینگے شامل کرکے مکس کریں اور نکال کر سرو کریں۔
