لوبیا گوشت

اجزاء:
گوشت ------ آدھا کلو
لوبیا (بھگو دیں) ------ دو سو پچاس گرام
لال مرچ پاؤڈر ------ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی پاؤڈر --- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
ٹماٹر (چوپ کرلیں) ------- دو عدد
پیاز (چوپ کرلیں) ----- دو عدد
لہسن ادرک پیسٹ ----- دو چائے کے چمچ
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ
تیل ------ آدھا کپ
ہرا دھنیا٬ ہری مرچیں ------- حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

گوشت میں نمک٬ لال مرچ پاؤڈر٬ ہلدی پاؤڈر٬ دھنیا پاؤڈر٬ لہسن ادرک پیسٹ٬ پیاز٬ پانی٬ تیل٬ ٹماٹر ڈال کر پکائیں-
لوبیا کو بھگو کر ابال لیں-
گوشت گل جائے تو بھون کر لوبیا ڈالیں۔
تھوڑا پانی ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک پکائیں-
مزیدارلوبیا گوشت تیار ہے۔
سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر ہرے دھنیے اور ہری مرچوں سے گارنش کر کے تافتان اور سلاد کے ساتھ سرو کریں-
