لزانیا کی پیٹیاں ----------- (ابلی ہوئی) 6عدد
مرغی کے سینے----------------- 2/1کلو
تازہ کریم-------------- ایک پیالی
دہی--------------------- ایک پیالی
تازہ لال مرچ------------ (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک چائے کا چمچہ
مٹر------------------ ایک پیالی
لہسن (چوپ کیا ہوا)-------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
پنیر (کدو کش)-------------- ایک پیالی
نمک---------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
مکھن-------------- 4/1پیالی
تیل------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
ٹماٹوکیچپ---------------------- سجانے کے لئے
ہری چٹنی----------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

مٹر کو چند منٹ کھولتے ہوئے پانی میں پکالین، مرغی کے سینے کو پتلا ،پتلا کاٹ لیں۔ کڑاہی میں 2/1مکھن اور تیل گرم کریں، پھر لہسن، مرغی اور نمک رنگ تبدیل ہونے تک پکائی۔ اس میں دہی اور کریم شامل ملائیں اور چند منٹ پکائیں اور چولہا بند کردیں۔ اس میں مٹر بھی ملالیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں باقی مکھن گرم کریں اس میں لال مرچ اور پاستہ ڈال کر چند منٹ تک ملائیں اور پھر ڈش میں نکال لیں، اس پر پنیر اور مرغی کا آمیزہ پھیلا دیں۔ مزیدار پاستہ ٹماٹو کیچپ اور ہری چٹنی سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
