ترکیب:
چکن پر کٹ لگائیں اب سرکہ میں لہسن،ادرک پیلا رنگ ڈال کر آدھا گھنٹے کے لیے چھوڑ دیں۔اب دہی میں تمام مصالحہ مکس کر کہ چکن پر لگا دیں اور آدھا گھنٹا رکھ دیں۔اب اسٹیم کر لیں کہ چکن گل جائے پھر اس چکن کو ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں ۔جب براؤن کلر آجائے تو نکال کر چاٹ مصالحہ دال کر پیش کریں۔

Dahi …….Half Kg
Lal mirch ……….1 Tb spoon
Chat masala …..6 Tb spoon

Peela rang …….1 Tea spoon

Ab Sirka main lehson , adrak , peela rang dal kar adha ghanty kay liay chor dain.
Ab dahi mian tamam masala mix kar kay chicken per laga dain aur adha ghanta rakh dain.
Ab steam kar lain k chicken gal jay phir is chicken ko deep fry kar lain.
Jb brown color a jay to nikal kar chat masala dal kr pesh krain.

chargha banana to bara asan hai . hum to karachi ja ke burns road ke chakar lagate hain special chargha khane ke liye lekin ab pata chala ke ye to ghar pe bhi bana sakte hain baray aram se . mai sister ko deta hon recipe wo bana le gi.
