اجزاء:
چکن( کڑاہی کٹ) ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا کلو
کری پتہ ۔۔ تین اسٹکس
رائی دانہ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
زیرہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
میتھی دانہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
انار دانہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کلونجی ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
باریک کٹی ادرک ۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
ثابت کھانے کے چمچے
ثابت لال مرچ ۔۔ آٹھ سے چھ عدد
کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہری مرچ ۔۔ چھ عدد
پیاز ۔۔ ایک عدد
ٹماٹر ۔۔ تین عدد
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ ایک گٹھی
انار دانہ ۔۔ ایک چھوٹا
تیل ۔۔ آدھا کپ
ادرک لہسن ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
دہی ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں تیل گرم کریں۔ پھر اس میں ہری مرچ اور کڑی پتہ ڈال کر مرغی فرائی کر کے نکالیں۔ اب پیاز، رائی دانہ، زیرہ، میتھی دانہ، انار دانہ، نمک، کلونجی، ثابت لال مرچ، کٹی لال مرچ اور ادرک لہسن شامل کرکے بھونیں۔ ساتھ میں ٹماٹر اور دہی ڈالیں۔ پھر اس میں مرغی شامل کر کے پکائیں۔ آخر میں باریک کٹی ادرک، ہری مرچ اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر دم پر چھوڑ دیں۔ تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
