کبابی قیمہ

اجزاء:
مٹن کا قیمہ--------------- 1/2کلو
پپیتا---------------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
لہسن ادرک--------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک--------------------- حسبِ ذوق
لال مرچ----------------- 1-1/2چائے کا چمچہ
گرم مصالحہ------------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
دہی---------------------- 1کپ
تیل----------------------- 1/2کپ
پیاز---------------------- 1عدد

ترکیب:

قیمے میں پپیتا، لہسن ادرک، نمک، لال مرچ،گرم مصالحہ اور دہی مکس کرکے رکھیں۔
تیل گرم کرکے پیاز فرائی کرلیں۔پھر اس میں قیمہ ڈال کر پکائیں۔
جب پانی خشک ہوجائے تو اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔
اب بیسن اور سفید زیرہ شامل کرکے مکس کریں۔
آخر میںہری مرچ اور ہرا دھنیاڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں۔
گرم گرم پراٹھوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
