ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں 3کپ میدہ ، 1چائے کا چمچہ بیکنگ سوڈا۔ 1 چائے کا چمچہ نمک، 2کپ چینی اور 1چائے کاچمچہ پسی دار چینی اچھی طرح ملائیں ۔ پھر اس میں 3عددپھنٹے ہوئے انڈے اور 1کپ تیل ملائیں اور خشک اجزاءنم کرلیں ۔ آمیزہ پھینٹیں ہرگز نہیں ۔ اب اس میں 1-1/2چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس ، 1کین پائن ایپل کے ٹکڑے ، 1کپ کٹے اخروٹ اور2کپ کٹے کیلے شامل کریں ۔ تیار آمیزہ گریس کیے اور میدہ چھڑکے 3کپ کیک والے ٹِن میں ڈالیں اور 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20سے 25منٹ یا ٹوتھ پک صاف باہر آنے تک بیک کریں ۔ بیک ہوجانے پر اوون سے نکال کر 10منٹ جالی پرٹھنڈ ا کریں پھر پین سے نکال کر مکمل ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں ۔ فروسٹنگ کی تیاری کے لیے ایک باﺅل میں 8اونس کریم چیز اور4اونس ان سالٹڈ بٹر اچھی طرح پھینٹیں ۔ پھر آہستہ آہستہ 2کپ چھنی ہوئے آئسنگ شوگر شامل کریں ۔ اب 1چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس ملائیں ۔ فروسٹنگ خوب ٹھنڈی کریں ۔ تیار کریم چیز فرسٹنگ کیکس پر لگائیں ، پائن ایپل چنکس اور اخروٹ لگاکر فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔
