ہری پیاز(چوپ کی ہوئی)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچے
شہد۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لسی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین چوتھائی پیالی
مایونیز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھی پیالی
پیاز(چوپ کی ہوئی)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
ہری پیاز(چوپ کی ہوئی)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
تلسی(سوپ کی ہوئی)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ہری پیاز،بندگوبھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں شہد،اجمودہ،لسی،مایونیز،ہری پیاز،تلسی،تھائم،لیموں کا رس،پسی ہوئی رائی،کالی مرچ،لہسن اور نمک ملائیں۔
اس میں سے آدھا آمیزہ مرغی کے سینوں پر لگا کر کسی ائر ٹائیٹ کنٹینر میں ڈال دیں اور دو گھنٹوں کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
باقی آمیزہ پیالے میں ڈال کر رکھ دیں۔
فرائینگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں ، پھر مُرغی کے ٹکڑے دونوں جانب سے سنہری کر لیں۔
سرونگ ڈش میں گوبھی کے پتے بچھائیں۔ اس پر مرغی کے سینے رکھیں اور ہری پیاز سے سجا دیں۔
مزیدارگرلڈ مُرغ بچے ہوئے آمیزے کے ہمراہ پیش کریں۔
