گول دوکھی لال مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھ عدد
پسی ہوئی ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین چوتھائی چائے کا چمچہ
ٹماٹر(باریک کٹے ہوئے)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
پانی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ڈیڑھ پیالی
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین چوتھائی چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
سفید ثابت زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ادرک(کدوکش)ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہری مرچیں (باریک کٹی ہوئی)دو عدد
پودینہ(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دوکھانے کے چمچے
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

دال میں لہسن،ادرک،ہلدی،ثابت لال مرچیں،ٹماٹر،نمک اور پانی شامل کر کے پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں،پھر آنچ ہلکی کر دیں۔
دیگچی کا ڈھکن ڈھانک دیں اور دس منٹ تک پکائیں۔
فرائینگ پین میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز تلیں،پھر گرم مصالحہ،لال مرچ اور زیرہ سنہری کرکے دال پر ڈال دیں۔
مزیدار دال ہرا دھنیا،ہری مرچیں،ادرک اور پودینہ ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
