اجمودہ---------------- 4/1گڈی
پودینے کے پتے----------------------- چند عدد
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ----------------ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

پیٹا بریڈ کو گرم توے پر دونوں جانب سے سینک کر اتار لیں۔ اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کرکے ایک پیالے میں ڈالیں۔ اس میں باقی تمام اجزاءشامل کرکے اچھی طرح سے ملائین۔ سرونگ ڈش کو سلاد کے پتوں اور پیٹا بریڈ سے سجائیں اور فتوش ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
