کالی مسور کی دال ..........1پیالی
لہسن کے بارک کٹے جوے ..........4عدد
فریش کریم ...........1پیکٹ
تیل ............1/2پیالی
ہلدی............... 1چائے کا چمچہ
پسی لا ل مرچ ............1کھانے کا چمچہ
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ...........1کھانے کا چمچہ
مکھن ........... 2کھانے کے چمچے
نمک.............. حسب ذائقہ
ترکیب:
پہلے 1پیالی کالی مسور کی دال کو نیم گرم پانی سے دھوکر بھگو دیں ۔
اب اس میں مزید 2پیالی گرم پانی ڈال دیں ۔ ساتھ ہی 1چائے کا چمچہ ہلدی ، 1کھانے کا چمچہ پسی لال مرچ اور 1کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر پکائیں ۔
جب دال اچھی طرح گل جائے تو اسے گھوٹ لیں۔
پھر اس میں 1پیکٹ فریش کریم اور حسب ذائقہ نمک ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر پکائیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر دَم پر رکھ دیں۔
اس کے بعد فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کرکے 2کھانے کے چمچے مکھن اور لہسن کے باریک کٹے 4جوے ڈال دیں۔
لہسن گولڈن براﺅن ہوجائے تو اسے دال میں ڈال کر گرم گرم سادے چاولوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
