ترکیب:

بیس بنانے کے لئے ایک پیالے میں چاکلیٹ کوکی کرمز اور پگھلا ہوا مکھن ملا لیں ۔اب اسے چیز کیک پین میں بچھادیں اور 10منٹ بیک کرلیں اور ٹھنڈا کرلیں ۔ فلنگ کے لیے ایک پیالے میں کریم چیز ، کرڈ چیز اور چینی کے ساتھ آہستگی سے 3سے4منٹ تک پھینٹ لیں ۔اب جیلیٹن پاو¿ڈر کو دودھ میں حل کریں اور چیز کے مکسچر میں شامل کردیں ۔پھع اس میں ونیلا ایسنس ڈالیں اور پھینٹی ہوئی کریم اور کرشڈ کی ہوئی کوکیز میں فولڈ کردیں ۔اس کے بعد اسے بیک کیا ہوا کرسٹ کے اوپر ڈال دیں اور اسے سیٹ ہونے تک ٹھنڈا کریں ۔ آخر میں اوپر پھینٹی ہوئی کریم اور کرشڈ کوکیز سے گارنش کر کے ٹھنڈا سرو کریں ۔
