کوکونٹ پونڈ کیک

اجزاء:
سیلف رائزنگ فلور------------- 150گرام
انڈے---------- 2عدد
چینی-------------- 140گرام
ونیلاایسنس---------- 1چائے کا چمچ
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر---------------2/1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک------------ 1چٹکی
دودھ------------- 3کھانے کے چمچ
ان سالٹڈ بٹر------------ 2/1-5اونس
پسا کھوپرا----------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
پیلا رنگ------------- 1چٹکی

ترکیب:

پہلے لوف ٹن کو گریس کرکے پیپر لائن کرلیں۔
اب 150گرام سیلف رائنزنگ فلور اور 2/1چائے کا چمچہ بیکنگ پاﺅڈر کو چھان کر اس میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ پسا کھوپرا شامل کریںا ور الگ رکھ دیں۔
پھر ایک پیالے میں 2عدد انڈے، 140گرام چینی،1چٹکی پیلا رنگ اور 3کھانے کے چمچے دودھ شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
اب چھنے ہوئے مکسچر میں2/1-5اونس ان سالٹڈبٹر شامل کرکے پھینٹ لیں۔پھر اس میں دودھ والا مکسچر آہستہ آہستہ شامل کریں اور پھینٹتے جائیں۔
اب اسے گریس کیے ہوئے ٹن میں ڈال کر 35سے45منٹ کے لئے 180پر بیک کرلیں۔
