ونیلا ایسنس--------------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
پگھلی ہوئی چاکلیٹ------------------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

ساس پین میں چینی اور دودھ ملا کر ہلکی آنچ پر تھوڑی دیر پکائیں، پھر ٹھنڈا کرکے ایک پیالے میں ڈالیں۔ اس میں ناریل، انڈے کی سفیدی اور ایسنس ملا کر فرج مین رکھ دیں۔ اس آمیزے کی چھوٹی بالز بنا کر چاکلیٹ بالز بنا کر چاکلیٹ میں لپیٹیں۔ پلیٹ میں چکنا کاغذ بچھائیں ، اس پر چاکلیٹس رکھیں اور ناریک چھڑک کر فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
