چاکلیٹ سوس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ گارنش کے لئے

ترکیب:

3عدد انڈوں کی زردی او ر سفیدی کو الگ الگ کرلیں۔
2کھانے کے چمچے جیلیٹن پاﺅڈر کو 4/1کپ پانی میں حل کرکے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔
اب انڈوں کی سفیدی کو 2اونس پسی چینی کے ساتھ پھینٹ کر قلفی کریں۔
پھر انڈے کی زردی کو 2 اونس پسی چینی، ایک کھانے کا چمچہ کوکو پاﺅڈر اور2/1 کپ دودھ کے ساتھ پکائیں۔ جب وہ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اسے نکال لیں۔
اب ا س میں حل کیا ہوا جیلیٹن اور 2/1چائے کا چمچہ چاکلیٹ ایسنس شامل کریں۔
پھر اس میںایک کپ پھینٹی ہوئی فریش کریم اور پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے کی سفیدی ملا لیں۔
اب 2/1کپ پگھلی ہوئی چاکلیٹ کو سوئرلز کرلیں۔
پھر اسے کریم اور کدوکش چاکلیٹ سے گارنش کرکے ٹھنڈاسرو کریں۔
