چوکلیٹ کدوکش ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 پیالی
ڈرائی فروٹس ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4/1 کپ
گھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تلنے کے لیے
سموسے کے ورق ۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ضرورت
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

اسٹفنگ کے لیے 1 پیالی چوکلیٹ کدوکش اور 4/1 کپ ڈرائی فروٹس کو ہاتھ سے اچھی طرح ملا لیں ۔ اب ایک سموسے کی پٹی کے درمیان فلنگ ڈال کر سموسےکی شکل دیں۔ اسی طرح تمام سموسے بنالیں۔ پھر انھیں ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں، یہاں تک کہ وہ کرسپی گولڈن ہوجائیں۔ آخر میں پلیٹ میںً رکھ کر سرو کریں.
