چائنیز سموسے

اجزاء:
چکن بون لیس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھا کلو
انڈے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔پانچ عدد (ابال لیں)
سموسے کی پیٹیاں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسبِ ضرورت
دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دیڑھ کپ
اآلو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔چار عدد
نمک اور کالی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسبِ ذائقہ
گھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ڈیپ فرائی کے لئے

چائنیز سموسے

ترکیب:
ایک دیگچی میں آلو اور چکن کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹ کر ڈال دیں۔ساتھ ہی نمک اور کالی مرچ شامل کردیں اور دودھ ڈال کر اتنا پکائیں کہ دودھ خشک ہوجائے جبکہ آلو اور چکن گل جائے اب اس آمیزے وک اچھی طرح ملا لیں اور انڈوں کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کرکے ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں ۔ اب یہ آمیزہ پٹی پر رکھیں اور سموسے بنا لیں۔ گھی ایک کڑاہی میں گرم کرلیں اور سموسے ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک تل لیں اور املی یا پودینے اور دہی کی چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔

Samosay ki patiyan hasb e zaroorat
Doodh 1.5 cup
Aalo 4 adad
Namak aur kaali mirch hasb e zaiqa
Ghee deep fry k liye

1 degchi main aalo aur chicken k chhotay chhotay tukray kaat kar daal lain. Sath he namak aur kali mirch shamil kar dain aur doodh daal kar itni dair pakain k doodh khushk hojaye jab k aalo aur chicken gal jaye ab is amaizay ko achi tarha milaain aur ando k chhotay chhotay tukray kar k daalain aur achi tarha mix kar lain. Ab ye amaiza samosa patti par rakhain aur samosy bana lain. Ghee ek karhai main garm karain aur samosay daal kar golden brown honay tak tal lain aur imli ya podeny aur dahi ki chatni k sath paish karain.

Chinese recipes are good in health yet good in taste. Some of my Chinese relatives when come to Pakistan, we arrange Chinese recipes like manchurian, shashlik etc. and this is another good thing to serve to them. Hopefully they will like it .

All ingredients of my choice. Potatoes, boneless chicken, eggs and salt and black pepper , all are good however strange for me use milk in a samosa. Anyhow will be trying it and introduce this chinese snack in my family.

Hi, can anyone spot the main difference between a chinese and other samosas that we eat commonly like chicken or aloo etc. I am in the balance to make it or not. Unless I didn't know about its feature, I wouldn't go for making it but once I knew, I will be willing.

Chines samsosa boht delicious hota hai . mai office se wapsi jate huwe bakery se le ke khata hon boht mazaidar hota hia mujhe bilkul wese hi samose ki tarkeeb chahiye. kiyun keh abhi mai agar ye wala samosa ghar pe banwaau or wesa taste na ay to phir kya faida? is liye keh raaha hon.
