ترکیب:

بیڑ کےلئے:
چکن کو اسٹریپس میں کاٹ لیں۔ پھر اس میں پسی لال مرچ، لیموں کا رس، ٹماٹر کیچپ، لہسن کا پیسٹ، نمک، دھنیا، زیرہ پاؤڈر اور دہی شامل کرکے آدھا گھنٹہ چھوڑدیں۔ اب میدہ بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور نمک کو مکس کر کے پانی میں ڈالیں۔ جب بیڑ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اس میں چکن کے اسٹریپس کو ڈپ کریں۔ اس کے بعد بریڈ کر میز اور تل سے کوٹ لیں۔ گرم تیل میں فرائی کریں، اتنا کہ گولڈن اور کرسپی ہوجائیں۔ گرم گرم چکن فنگرز سرو کریں۔
