کالے چنے ( ابلے ہوئے ) ------ ایک پیالی
پیاز ( باریک کٹی ہوئی ) ----- ایک پیالی
ہری مرچیں ( باریک کٹی ہوئی ) ----- دو عدد
ٹماٹر ( چوکور کٹا ہوا ) ----- ایک عدد
کڑھی پتے ------- چند عدد
ہرا دھنیا ( کٹا ہوا ) -------- آدھی گڈی
املی کا گودا ------ سو گرام
آلو ----- سو گرام
پسا ہوا ادرک لہسن ------ ایک چائے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی ہلدی ------ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ------ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کٹا ہوا دھنیا ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کٹا ہوا سفید زیرہ ------- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ ----- حسب ذائقہ
نمک ------ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ------ ایک پیالی

ترکیب:

آلو ابال کر چوکور ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں- کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے لہسن ادرک بھونیں اور پیاز شامل کر کے سنہری کر لیں-
اس میں کڑھی پتے٬ چنے٬ ہلدی٬ کٹی اور پسی ہوئی لال مرچ٬ دھنیا٬ زیرہ٬ املی کا گودا٬ نمک اور کالی مرچ ملائیں اور چند منٹ پکانے کے بعد چولہا بند کردیں- اس میں ہری مرچیں٬ آلو٬ ٹماٹر اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر ملائیں اور پیش کریں-
