میش ۔۔ پٹاٹو ۔۔ ایک کپ

ابلے انڈے ۔۔ دو عدد
مکس چیز ۔۔ ایک کپ
سلاد پتہ ۔۔ گارنش کے لئے
سویا ۔۔ گارنش کے لئے

ترکیب:

انڈر کٹ کو کاٹ کر ہیمر سے کوٹ لیں۔ اب میری نیٹ کرنے کے لئے ایک پیالے میں ووسٹر شائز سوس، کلونجی، پسی کالی مرچ، نمک، مکھن، براؤن شوگر، اور تیل کو اچھی طرح مکس کر کے گوشٹ کے پارچے پر لگائیں۔ اب اس میں میش پٹاٹو کی تہہ لگائیں۔ پھر ہری پیاز کے پتے، گاجر، ابلے انڈے، ابلے مٹر اور مکس چیز ڈال کر پارچے کو رول کر لیں۔ اس کے بعد ایک ململ کے کپڑے میں لپیٹ کر سائڈ سے باندھ لیں۔ اور ڈوری سے کس لیں۔ پھر المیونیم فوائل سے لپیٹ کر اوون میں بیک کرلیں۔ اس کے بعد سلا ئسز کاٹ لیں۔ پھر پیلیٹر میں میش پٹاٹو کی تہہ لگا کر کریم سوس ڈالیں۔ سلاد پتہ سویا اور کریم سوس سے گارنش کر کے پیش کریں۔ گوشت استعمال کرنے سے پہلے اسے دھو کر سکھا لیں۔ اور پھر کسی بھی اچھے صاف کپڑے سے اس کو بالکل خشک کرلیں۔ پھر بنائیں۔ آزما کر دیکھئیے۔
