Ingredients

1 Tuna fish caned
to taste Salt & pepper
1 Onion chopped
1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
1 Green chilies
100 gm Lettuce or Iced berg
1 Capsicum

How to make Tuna Salad

METHOD:

Take a tuna fish 01 can and strain the oil. Take a bowl, put the tuna fish meat into the bowl along 1 onion cut into small cubes.

3 Peel 01 cucumber into small cubes, remove the pulp from the tomato, cut into small cubes, cut 01 green chili into small pieces and dice 01 capsicum, Reseed the capsicum.

Add all the vegetables in to the bowl and toss with 01 tea spoon olive oil, salt & pepper and lemon juice

Serve on a platter with garlic toast.
