Tortellini 500g

Red Pepper Sauce
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1
.canned sweet red pepper, drained and chopped
Water 8 oz
Chopped fresh oregano 1 tbsp
Black pepper

How to make Tortellini with Red Pepper Sauce

METHOD:

• cook tortellini in boiling water in large saucepan, following packet direction, drain, set aside and keep warm
• To make sauce, heat oil in a small frying pan and cook onion, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Place red pepper, water, honey, organo and onion in a food processor or blender and process to make a smooth sauce
• Pour pepper sauce into large saucepan and heat over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until sauce is simmering season to taste with black pepper.
