Fish Ingredients:
Fish fillets ½ kg
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Basil leaves 1tsp
Black peppercorns 10
Garlic (chopped) 3 cloves
Salt to taste.

Sauce Ingredients:

Garlic (chopped) 6 cloves
Onion (chopped) 1
Tomato puree 2 cups
Tomato ketucp 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

How to make Tomato Sauce Fish

METHOD:

• Mix fish ingredients in a bowl, keep aside for ½ hour.
• Heat oil in a wokl fry onions and garlic golden.
• Add sauce ingredients and cook until thick.
• Add fish lid and cook until tender, dish out.
