METHOD:

Preheat Oven to 350.Lightly coat 36 maffin cups or you can use cup cakes pan nonstick. Spray with lightly oil set aside prepare pie crust with mix or you can make at home On lightly floured surface roll the dough to less then 1/8 inche thick 2 and 1/2 round biscut cutter cut the dough into circles. cut all rounds and put in cup cakes pan centers Boil broccoli for 5 mints and let dry in paper towel.In a large bowl put beaten eggs and salt and broccoli and cheese and black pepper milk.mix well dil and theme.put mixer with tsp in the centers of every cup cake centers.bake for 30 minutes until brown. cool in rack for half hours.loosen remove from pans serve warm with some cream. For pie crust you need two stick of unsalted butter salt pinch flour 2 and 1/2 cup.ice water two tab apple sider vineger two tsp. mix all make a dough and in plastic wrap put dough in refigerator for one hour make sure that butter was cold and cut the pieces other wise your crust will not be perfect.
