Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Stuffed Mushrooms is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Vegetable Recipes
·20 fresh Mushrooms
·3 tbsp. Butter
·½ cup Onions, finely chopped
·¼ cup red peppers, finely chopped
·½ cup crackers, finely crushed
·3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1.Pre-heat over to 200 degrees C. Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop enough stems to measure ½ cup.
2.In a large frying plan, melt butter and add chopped mushroom stems, onions, pepper and sauté until tender. Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and seasoning; spoon into mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet, and make for 15 minutes
3.Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve.
