Spinach Paratha or Palak Paratha Recipe

This is very good for ladies with less blood and after child birth and for kids.

Spinach or palak one gathee. Chop into very small pieces after washing and freeze it.
Salt to taste
Red chillies 1 Teaspoon
• zeera 1 Teaspoon
Green chillies six deseed ground and mixed with pala
• cumin powder one Teaspoon
Wheat flour one kg kneaded [ atta gunda hua]
• Olive Oil one cup


How to make Spinach Paratha or Palak Paratha



1. Make pairas of atta or flour and mix the spinach crushed when taken out from the fridge.
2. Mix all other ingredients.
3. Knead nicely and prepare pairas.
4. Heat oil on a tawa and roll the pairs or rounded flour balls into roti style.
5. When the oil is hot, gently place the paratha on the flame on medium heat and cook it both sides.When golden brown take them off and serve with mint chutney and dahi with chopped and deseeded cucumber..
