Ingredients

2 cups maida
1tsp baking powder
1\2 tsp baking soda
1tsp vanilla essence
3-4 cup sugar
1\3 cup buttermilk
1\4 tsp salt
4 eggs whites
1\2 cup butter
NOTE FOR MAKING BUTTERMILK ADD 1 TABSP OF LEMON JUICE IN 1\3 CUP OF MILK

How to make special white cake

METHOD:

sift maida baking powder,baking soda nd salt for 3 -4 times
mix all dry ingredients
then beat butter with beater for 1 mins nd add sugar in it nd mix again until both make a smooth mixture
then add 1 egg white and a little maida mixture alternatively
finally add buttermilk and beat with beater at low speed
pour this mixture in 8 inches round cake pan nd bake in pre heated oven for30-35 mins
METHOD TO COOK CAKE IN DEGCHA
PRE HEAT COVEREDSILVER STEEL DEGCHI ON GAS STOVE FOR 20 MINS THEN GREESE UR CAKE PAN AND PUT IT IN THIS PREHEATED DEGCHI BAKE FOR 40 MINS
