Singaporean Rice Recipe

Singaporean Rice is a famous rice recipe from Singaporean Cuisine. Among many different rice recipes, you would surely feel the uniqueness of taste in Singaporean Rice. It gives a light spicy taste and some uncommon ingredients which make it truly a delight.

Chicken boneless (cube cut) 1/2 kg
Ginger (julian cut) 2 tbsp
• Ketchup 2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Orange food color a pinch
Cabbage as preferred
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
• Onion 1

• For Batter:
• Egg 1
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Plain flour 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
• For Spaghetti:
Spaghetti 1 fold
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp

• For RIce:
• RIce 1/2 kg
Salt as to taste (or a pinch)
• For Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
• Red pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper 1/4 tsp
• Ketchup 2-3 tbsp
• Tandoori food color 1/2 tsp

• For Garnish:
Garlic (chopped) 1 pod
Green chillies 5-6


How to make Singaporean Rice



• Chop cabbage, capsicum, carrot and onion.
• Chop the garlic cloves.
• Slit the green chillies and remove their seeds.
• For Batter: Mix an egg, black pepper, salt, plain flour and corn flour.
• Also add baking powder in it and mix well.
• Marinate the chicken in the above batter.
• Take oil in a pan and heat it.
• Fry the chicken in the pan.
• Deep fry the green chillies.
• Then fry the chopped garlic, till they get golden brown.
• Fry capsicum, carrot, cabbage and onion.
• Add fried chicken and ginger in a pan.
• Add 2 tsp tomatoe ketchup and 1 tsp soy sauce.
• Also add a pinch of orange food color.
• Cook it for a while.
• For Spaghetti: Add salt and oil in boiling water.
• Add spaghetti in the water and boil.
• For Rice: Soak the rice for half an hour.
• Take water in a pan, add salt in it.
• Then add rice in above pan and boil them, then drain off the water.
• For Sauce: Take mayonnaise in a bowl and add cream in it.
• Also add red pepper, salt and black pepper.
• Then add ketchup and tandoori food color. then take a serving rice tray and make a first layer of rice, then 2nd layer of noodles and add some mayonnaise sauce on it. And serve hot and enjoy the taste.

Mere khayal se 2nd time he try karogi me Singaporian chawal ghar me, phli baar thodi dair lagi lekin bana acha tha, is baar soch rahi hun dawat par bula lo apnay ghar walo ko or sub ko taste karwao
