Ingredients

CHICKEN CUBES 500 grams
Curd ¼ cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Thyme ¼ tsp
Oregano ¼ tsp
All spice mixture ¼ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Tomato 1
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Bamboo skewer 8- 10

How to make Shish Tauk

METHOD:

Put chicken cubes,1/4 cup curd , 4 tbsp oil , 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1tbsp lemon juice , 1tsp thyme, ¼ tsp of oregano,1/4 tsp of all spice mixture, ½ cumin powder, 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp of black pepper powder, and 1 tbsp of tomato paste in bowl and keep to marinate.

Place one piece of chicken, onion, tomato, capsicum on single bamboo skewer and then grill them.

Delicious Shish tauk is ready to serve
