Rasmalai is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Eid Recipes
1. Bring boil in milk add cardamom and sugar.
2. Cook milk for 5-10 minutes.
3. In a bowl put milk powder, plain flour and melted ghee and knead with beaten eggs and make soft medium dough.
4. Make small balls and add into milk cook on hight flame and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Then lowr the flame cook it for 10-15 minutes.
6. Garnish with pistachio and serve chilled.
