1 Ready made flour tortilla ( if unavailable u can use a naan or a roti)
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Beef salami 3 slices
Pepperoni 3 slices
olive oil
For the sauce:
1-2 large tomato
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp dried basil
Sale and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
How to make Quick Fix Pizza
METHOD:
1. In a Pan add 2 tbsp olive oil and on low heat stir fry the chopped garlic till light brown.
2. Finely chop the tomatoes an add it I the pan once the garlic change color.
3. Continue cooking on low heat while constantly stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 tsp of dried basil.
4. Stir fry on medium low heat while mashing the tomato with a ladle. Cook for 5 minutes or till most of the liquid has dried out. Place the pan aside.
5. In an oven proof dish place the tortilla. Add the tomato sauce, the cheese and the salmi/ pepperoni on top.
6. Sprinkle a pinch of Salt and some olive oil on top if he pizza. Now Place it under the grill in the oven on the top shelf. You can also use an oven toaster if you have one big enough.
7. Cook till the cheese becomes slightly golden brown. Regularly check it to make sure that it doesn’t burn. Should take between 1 to 3 minutes.
