Pumpkin Halwa Recipe

1. Boil pumpkin in half cup of milk.
2. Mash it to make a thin paste.
3. Use ghee Fry nuts and raisins and keep aside.
4. Pour 2 tbspn of ghee and add the mashed pumpkin and fry for 5 mints, again add the remaining ghee and milk.
5. Keep stirring until the halwa make a thick paste.
6. Add elaichi powder and fried nuts and remove.
7. Serve it after cooling.
