Potato 500 grams
Mayonise ½ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4tsp
Capsicum ½ cup
Onion ½ cup
Egg 2
Mustard paste 2tbsp

How to make Potato Salad

METHOD:

Mix 500 grams potato with ½ cup of mayonise,2 tbsp of vinegar,1/2 tsp sugar ,1/2 tsp of salt,1/2 tsp black pepper ,1/2 cup of capsicum,1/2 cup of onion,2 eggs and 2tbsp of mustard paste.

Set in refrigerator and serve cold potato salad
