• Pishawari Ice Cream • Dhaba Daal
• Keema Hari Mirch Ka • Chicken Chutney
Basic icing mixture
Milk 1 ¼ kg
Sugar 200 gm
Fresh Cream 12 ounces
Cook Milk till 1 bOils come add in fresh Cream stirring all the time till once again bOil comes, close fire immediately, add in Sugar, stir till fully dissolves, strain the cook mixture through a fine sieve and cool completely, add in it vanilla Essence 1 tsp, put the mixture in the icing machine and run for at least 35 to 40 minutes till mixture sets, serve with rooh afza.
To the basic mixture add 1 tsp vanilla essence, few drops of green food color and 1.2 cup coarsely grinded pistachio nuts and set in ice cream machine.

I would love to bring the Peshawari ice-cream experience to South Africa and would like to know how to go about starting such a lucrative and traditional business as many pakistani citizens find themselves working in South Africa and it would be nice to bring a piece of home to them in the form of ice-cream
